Shipping Method
All merchandise on The Bowerbird online store will be shipped UPS to addresses
within the continental U.S. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box. Please
be sure to enter a street address when completing the shipment address on the
site. Orders with an incorrect shipping address will incur a $10.00 correction
fee.
Delivery
Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 72 hours
of receipt. If your order is placed after 12 p.m. Monday through Friday, your
order will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders on Saturday,
Sunday or major holidays. You will receive an email with shipping information
when your order has shipped.
International Shipping
At this point we regret that we will be unable to offer international shipping.
Multiple Shipments
Shipments to more than 1 address need to be placed as separate orders, and will
be processed as such.
Order Status and
Tracking
If you provided a valid email address when you ordered you will receive two emails.
The first email will confirm your order and the second email will confirm your
shipment.
Out of Stock and
Back-Ordered Items
While we make every effort to have featured merchandise in stock, occasionally
we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock or expecting a back-order
on an item that you have ordered, you will receive an email notification with
the expected ship date. If one item is on back-order and it is purchased along
with other in-stock merchandise, we will ship the order to you minus the back-ordered
merchandise.
Shipping Charges
Our merchandise varies greatly in size and weight. For this reason, our shipping
rates are based on the actual weight of the products you order. To view shipping
charges for items you would like to order, just click on My Cart. Your shipping
charges will be instantly calculated. If you add or delete any items from your
cart, simply click Recalculate on the My Cart page.
