Return Policy


Online Returns or Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused merchandise in original packaging for refund within 30 days when accompanied by your original receipt. Please include a note in the shipment explaining reason for returning or exchanging the item or items.

It is highly recommended that you ship your return via United Parcel Service (UPS) with proper packaging and insurance.

10% restocking fee for returned merchandise over $200. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

Damaged Merchandise
If your shipment arrives and appears damaged, just refuse the order. Give us a call at The Bowerbird
1-860-434-3562 and we'll send a new shipment to you right away.

If you open the shipment and it's damaged, be sure to keep the original packaging. Then call UPS at
1-800-742-5877 and ask for a "UPS Damage Call Tag" or call The Bowerbird at 1-860-434-3562 and we will call UPS for you.
